2. Terms of Online Store Usage

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Cancellation Period: The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire (or a third party indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.

  • Exercising the Right: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent via email to info@carcoveruk.co.uk.

  • Reimbursement: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Condition of Goods: You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Warranties & Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product purchased from Car Cover UK is faulty or misdescribed, you have the right to:

  • Within 30 Days: An immediate full refund.

  • Up to 6 Months: A repair or replacement, or if unsuccessful, a full refund in most cases.

5. Pricing & Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices displayed on Car Cover UK are quoted in British Pounds (GBP / £). Prices are inclusive of applicable UK VAT (where statutory applicable) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to final payment confirmation.
